Our Refund Policy

PRODUCT DAMAGE
If you receive your pieces faulty due to manufacturing or damage during the delivery process then please let us know via our contact page on the website, please write your order number as well as your name and the date you placed the order and explain what’s wrong with the item, we will then contact you via email asking for images showing proof of the damage within 14 days of your delivery, we will offer the choice of a replacement or full refund. Thank you.

DISSATISFACTION
If you are simply not satisfied with your order then please let us know within the mandatory 14 day period by law, you can contact us via our website, please write your order number as well as your name and the date you placed the order and explain that you’d like to return your item/items. While we don’t expect you to return orders in the same delivery packaging (Cardboard box or Padded envelope) we do expect the items to remain in their Jewellery Boxes, unworn due to hygiene reasons, Thank you for your understanding - a full refund will then be issued once we have received the order back.
